How C.L.A.S.S. can help you

Someone whose primary goal is to get noticeably stronger on the squat, bench, deadlift and press — from a beginner learning safe barbell technique to an intermediate/advanced lifter chasing higher 1‑RMs or a meet peak.

Barbell fundamentals (squat/bench/deadlift/press)Progressive overload and loading schemesPeriodized peaking/cycle planningAccessory work to shore up weak points

What to expect

Coaching centered on heavy compound lifts with hands‑on technique cues, programmed progressive overload (%/rep schemes) and planned deloads; typically 2–5 sessions/week with multi‑week cycles that build toward heavier singles and meet‑style peaking. You’ll get measurable progression targets (sets/reps/weights) and accessory prescriptions to fix technical or strength imbalances.

Less ideal for

Not a great fit if your main aim is high‑volume bodybuilding, general conditioning, brisk fat‑loss through cardio, or you dislike frequent heavy lifting.
